* The hardware version is indicated on the white label attached on the backside of MONITOUCH.
It is an alphabet following a 7-digit serial number shown as "Ser No."

The backlight replacement is not possible for models of which repair service has been ceased. For information about whether repair service has been ceased or not, click here. For the models of which repair service has been ceased, you are recommended to replace your MONITOUCH unit with an existing model. |
If the V series encounters screen problems such as a sudden blackout, this may not be due to backlight failure but to display unit or internal failure. Return your MONITOUCH to HAKKO for repair. |
