<Causes>

1. The bit corresponding to the message is not ON.
2. The display mode for displaying messages is not checked in the [Alarm Device] settings of the alarm server.
3. A filter is applied.

<Solutions>

1. Check if the bit corresponding to the message is ON.
   
   
2. Check [Alarm History], [Event History], and [Real Time] on the [System Setting] -> [Alarm Server] -> [Alarm Device] tab.

   
   
   

3. Check if the items to display are checked at [Filter] on the [Alarm] dialog.

   

   
   Or press the [Filter] switch on the V series and check if the items to display are checked.
