Yes, you can switch the language on TELLUS runtime screen.

TELLUS4

Use V-SFT-6 to create your screen program with multi-language function.
Start TELLUS4 and execute language switch-over to switch the language.

For Windows7

The procedure below is required to make the Chinese display possible on your OS.

 Procedure:

1. Go to ［Start］->［Control Panel］. 
2. Click ［Region and Language］.
3. Go to ［Keyboards and Language］and click ［Change keyboards］.
4. Click ［Add］ to install Chinese.
   
   
   
5. Start TELLUS.
6. Go to ［Option］ and open ［Main2］ tab.
7. In ［Font］ setting, select appropriate font to display foreign language in accordan ce with
   the font setting in your screen program.
   

For WindowsXP

The procedure below is required to make the Chinese display possible on your OS.

Procedure 

1. From the [Start] menu, select [Settings] and then [Control Panel].
2. Double-click [Regional and Language Options]. The dialog box is displayed.
3. Under [Code page conversion tables] in the [Advanced] tab window, choose the Chinese language.
   　
4. Click the [OK] button. Chinese (simplified) is now displayable on the English OS.
5. Start TELLUS.
6. Open the [Option] dialog box.
   　
7. Make a setting under [Font].
   According to the [Font Setting] set for the screen data, choose the font for each language.
