[Method 4: Save the screen image on the V-SFT editor in rich text format (*.RTF)]
- Click [Tool] → [Convert to Rich Text Format] on the V-SFT editor.
- The [Rich Text Format Setting] dialog is displayed. Select the output range, check [Screen Output] and click [Execute].
- The [Save As] dialog is displayed. Enter a filename and click [Save].
The saved file can be opened in Microsoft Word.
The created RTF file is not compressed so the file size may be extremely large. Open the file in Microsoft Word, select [Save As] and save it as an ordinary document (example: "*.doc") to reduce the file size. |
