This error is displayed on the Main Menu screen when a battery problem has occurred to the V/TS series.

In the case of "Battery voltage drop", "Brownout of Battery", "Battery changeover required"

<Cause>

The battery voltage has dropped.

<Solution>

Replace the battery with a new one.

     Battery type: TS-BT(CR2032W/CR2032X)

     Battery type: CR2032

How to check the battery condition in the RUN mode The battery condition is output to the internal device memory $s167 of the V/TS2060/TS1000S . A battery can last for about five years (*1) from the date of purchase. Even if the battery voltage drops (bit 4: ON) before the five years (*1) elapse, replace the battery immediately. (*2)

In the case of "Battery not set" (V8/V7 only)

<Cause>

The battery is not connected.

<Solutions>

• Open the battery holder cover at the backside of the MONITOUCH, and connect the battery cable.
  (At the time of delivery from the factory: Not connected)
• Replace the battery with a new one.
  Battery type: V7-BT (V8/V7/V606e series)
