V8/TS2060 series Operation Troubles HKFAQ000135

date: 2021/7/14

Switches cannot be placed in arbitrary positions.

There are two touch switch types available with the V series. This can be recognized from the model name. (For more information, click here.)
The placement method differs depending on the touch switch type.

* TS series support only the analog touch switch type.

[Analog touch switch type]

Select [View] → [Grid Setting] and uncheck [Place switches on switch grids].
The switch can be placed in any position or in any size.

[Matrix touch switch type]

It is not possible to place switches in arbitrary positions. Switches must be placed according to the switch grids.
Select [View]  →  [Grid Setting] and check [Place switches on switch grids] when configuring screens.
